2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and performance of the tour/transfer services ordered by the Buyer through the Agency's website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service details and price

The type, date, number of participants, duration and total price of the service are stated in the booking summary and the confirmation e-mail. Prices include VAT.

4. Payment

• Payment can be made online by credit/debit card or by bank transfer.
• Card payments are processed with 3D Secure verification.
• Prices may be set in euro; in that case payment is collected in Turkish Lira at the current exchange rate.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1(g) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for accommodation, transport, car rental, catering and leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The cancellation terms below apply instead.

6. Cancellation terms

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. See the Turkish version of this page for the current schedule.

6.1. Weather and force majeure

Weather-dependent services — particularly hot air balloon flights — may be cancelled by the operator or aviation authority for safety reasons. In that case an alternative date is offered; if not accepted, the full amount is refunded.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted through the contact channels above. Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
