General principle

Because tours, transfers and accommodation are performed on a specific date, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 15/1(g) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. The cancellation terms below apply instead.

Cancellation due to weather

Hot air balloon flights may be cancelled by the operator or the aviation authority for safety reasons. In that case an alternative date is offered, and if you do not accept it, the full amount is refunded with no deduction.

Refund process

1. Send your cancellation request via our contact page or by e-mail.
2. Once approved, the refund is issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
3. Card refunds may take 2–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
