This Membership Agreement is concluded between Tale Way Turizm Seyahat Acentesi (the "Agency") and the person registering on the website at http://localhost:8081 (the "Member").

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the conditions under which the Member may use the services offered through the website, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership conditions

• Membership is available to persons aged 18 or over with legal capacity.
• The Member declares that the information provided at registration is accurate and up to date.
• The Member is solely responsible for keeping their password confidential.

4. Member obligations

• The Member shall use the website in accordance with applicable law and this agreement.
• The Member is liable for payment of bookings made through the website.
• The Member may not use personal or financial information belonging to others.

5. Agency rights and obligations

• The Agency makes reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service; temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance.
• The Agency may suspend or terminate memberships that breach this agreement.

7. Governing law
